With over two decades of experience in the monitoring and management space, Michael has been involved in architecting, implementing, and optimizing monitoring and management solutions in some of the largest and most challenging environments in the industry.

Michael began his career in the service provider space supporting diverse technologies and holding operational support, architecture, development, and technology management roles. Michael uses his extensive experience and expertise to help customers identify and solve for their monitoring and management challenges.

Jesse is a process-focused design and implementation expert with a heavy focus on PCI and other compliance regiments.

Jesse supports large enterprise environments requiring strict PCI and SOC standards, consulting on initial design through to front-end application configuration, and PCI-compliant tokenization. Leveraging this deep expertise, Jesse currently collaborates closely with Empowered enterprise customers, helping them to improve their observability while maintaining strict compliance standards.
